Payments are processed through Razorpay. Payment credentials are entered into Razorpay's checkout and are not intended to be stored by spartan.blog. Razorpay may process your information under its own privacy terms. We may receive transaction details such as payment status, payment ID, order ID, amount, and method.

Orders and payment

The displayed price for “The Psychology of Money” is ₹49 as a one-time payment. Payment is processed through Razorpay. An order is complete only after payment has been successfully captured and verified by the server. A payment attempt, pending status, or debit without verification does not by itself grant ebook access.

Licence and permitted use

A completed purchase grants the customer a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the ebook for personal use, subject to any applicable publisher or product-specific terms. You may not resell, publicly distribute, upload, reproduce for commercial use, share protected links, bypass access controls, or falsely claim ownership.

Access links

Access links may be signed, limited by time, limited by use, or associated with the purchaser's order. You must keep access links private. If a valid link expires before reasonable access is possible, contact support with the relevant payment ID.

Product descriptions

We aim to display accurate titles, descriptions, prices, and formats. Screen colours and cover presentation may differ by device. Cover artwork on the website is a visual representation and does not change the supplied ebook content.

Intellectual property

Website design, branding, text, graphics, and software are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Ebook rights remain with their respective authors, publishers, or authorised rights holders.

Acceptable use

Before payment

You can cancel your purchase by closing the checkout before completing payment. No charge is made for an incomplete or cancelled payment attempt, although a temporary bank authorisation may be controlled by your bank or payment provider.

Digital ebook purchases

Ebooks are digital products delivered or made accessible after payment. Once an ebook has been successfully accessed or downloaded, the purchase is generally not eligible for cancellation or refund, except where required by law.

When to contact us

Please contact support if:

• You were charged more than once for the same order.
• Payment succeeded but verified ebook access was not provided.
• The supplied file is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from the product description.
• An incorrect digital product was supplied.

Send the request to support@spartan.blog with your payment ID, order details, purchase email, and a description of the issue. Do not send card numbers, passwords, UPI PINs, or OTPs.

Resolution

Where an issue is confirmed, we may restore access, replace the file, correct the order, or approve a refund as appropriate. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method and processing time depends on Razorpay, the bank, and the payment provider.

Failed or pending payments

If payment fails but an amount is debited, it may be automatically reversed by the bank or payment provider. If it is not reversed within the period communicated by your provider, contact support with the payment reference.
